2. Payments accepted

We currently use PayPal only: PayPal is one of the largest most trusted payment gateways. You can sign in to PayPal or check out without an account.

(We do not  plan on offering other payment gateways in the future)

All sales are charged in euros. Conversion rates are automatically set through paypal.

3. Shipping

​Please pay attention to the size chart (HERE) when purchasing from us to save money and unnecessary vans driving around.​

Your product is prepared, freshly printed and packaged after your purchase and can take us up to 6 working days to post to you.

Shipping can currently take between 4-7 working days within the EU and 5-14 outside the EU.

We cooperate with FROGMAN s.r.o. in the Czech Republic.( https://www.postabezhranic.cz/ ) Through them we use different major shipping companies depending on your country.

4. Delivery, Returns & Exchange Policy

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your goods you may return or exchange them for a full refund or exchange, provided you get them back to us within 30 days from the day the item arrives with you, it must be in perfect original condition for re-sale. 

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of the first attempted delivery by us. If the package is damaged you should tell the delivery driver. We also recommend taking pictures of the damage. 

We do not cover the costs of your return shipping or exchange returns to us.

We do not refund the initial postage costs from the original sale, that is unfortunately lost somewhere in the shipping company.

 

Receiving a Refund

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit/debit card, PayPal account or as store credit. Refunds will be issued within 8 working days from the day we receive your order back. We do not refund the shipping charges applied to the original order.

 

When Returning

► Contact us via info@soundclothing.com giving full information of the problem. Provide your name and address and any order numbers.

 ►We strongly suggest the package is securely packaged and you use recorded delivery or insurance to cover the cost of the item.

 ► Make sure there is a note in the package with your name and address and order number for reference.

 ►You will be contacted shortly after for confirmation. Exchanges may take up to 11 working days to process and send the replacement.

5. Taxes and Duties

All prices include tax. All countries within the European Union are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Countries outside of the European Union are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. We hold no responsibility and are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to you.
